The Find Your Happy Course is not considered a first line course on addiction, but can help the depression that can be under addiction.
You can invest as much or as little into this course as you would like. The course itself is 20 modules, with each module requiring about 15 minute f reading and 1-2 hours of handout work. To get the most out of the course, you will want to spend 30 minutes to two hours on course work per module. Some modules ask for more time than others.
